Do I have to pay any taxes or duties?

All taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. However there are some rare occasions in the EU where small additional custom duties may be required.

Where is my order?

We try to delivery within 7 business days from the shipping date but depending on your country, orders can take up to 12 business days from the shipping date to be delivered due to potential delays at customs.

When your orders ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please also check your spam/junk folder for these emails.

When will my order ship?

We try to ship all order as soon as possible, however during busy periods some items may take a few days to ship, but you will always receive a shipping confirmation when your order does ship.

I only received part of my order?

This is normal as sometimes items are shipped separately due to coming from different warehouses.

Healflux™ Frequency Device V4:

What technology does the Healflux V4 use?

The device generates frequencies as pure vibrational sound waves (Sine Waves) and scalar waves (no sound) with a radius of up to 10 feet (through the circular antenna on the device).

How do I use the Healflux V4?

All devices come with an instruction manual inside the package. Also the instructions can be found in the ebook that comes with your purchase. Alternatively, visual instructions can be found here.

What Healflux accessories do I need?

To generate the frequencies as sound, you need either a speaker that supports an aux cable or earphones. To generate frequencies as scalar waves, no additional accessories are required. 

Can I use my own speaker or earphones?

Yes, you can use your own speaker or earphones. However, our accessories are specially designed vibrational versions optimized for frequency transmission. All our accessories can be found here.

Why is my device not turning on?

Most people prefer to power their device with their phone. If this does not work, please try plugging the device into a laptop. Or you can plug it into a power outlet (depending on your outlet you may also need a plug adapter).

Why is my device not staying on?

This only happens with power banks. Our devices do not have rechargeable batteries so they require continuous power when used. Most power banks have a mode for this and you may need to hold a button on your power bank for a few seconds to switch to this mode. Please check your power bank manual.

What does the 'Overrun' message mean?

This means that the frequency you have typed in is either invalid or is too high. The maximum frequency our devices can generate is 500,00Hz.

Why can I only hear static?

Please be aware that the Schumann resonance (7.83hz) and other frequencies below 40hz or above 20,000Hz cannot be heard by humans therefore it will produce some static instead of a tone. However you can still benefit from these frequency ranges as scalar waves (no sound).

How long should I listen to the frequencies?

When using earphones or a speaker, we recommend 5-20 minutes per session with at least a 1 hour break in-between sessions. This is to protect your eardrums. Never play any frequency at max volume.

There are no time limits when generating only scalar waves (no sound).

How loud should I listen to the frequencies?

It depends what feels comfortable, but never play any frequency at max volume, they are actually more effective at lower volumes even if they are barley audible - your brain still receives the sound waves.

Why are the frequencies making me feel uncomfortable?

This is quite common if you have never heard pure frequencies before. This uncomfort should stop after a couple weeks. You may also need to lower the volume. Is the v4 device safe to use with a pacemaker?

Yes, it does not generate magnetic fields.

Why can I not vibrate / move objects like sand, water or magnets?

A powerful amplifier and vibration plate is needed to achieve this, we don't sell these yet however you can find some online. We use them for demonstration purposes only. This equipment is not required to benefit from the v4 device.

Do you have a list of frequencies?

You will receive an ebook with your purchase containing over 2,500 unique frequencies for wellbeing and balance. This includes frequencies from Rife, Nikola Tesla, Chakras, Herbs etc.

Can I keep my device on all night?

Yes, however we do not recommend to do this everyday to protect the lifespan of your device. For example, you could leave it on all night 2-3 times per week.

Why can't I just use an app like a frequency app or YouTube?

Phones, computers or Tv's lack the technology to generate pure frequency waves. They can only generate a digital tone of the frequency. They can also emit harmful EMFs.

What’s the difference between your device and a Rife Machine?

Unlike rife machines, our device uses both scalar technology and sound resonance of custom frequencies. Also our device is portable and much more affordable than Rife Machines.

What's the difference between your device and others?

Many low-cost frequency devices from other websites and from Amazon and eBay all come from Aliexpress (China). These devices do not generate pure frequencies or scalar waves. You will see that all of these other devices look the same and is due to the fact that they are mass-produced copies from China. Healflux devices are the result of collaboration between an international team of electronics engineers, technical designers, software developers, and frequency practitioners. Each of our devices are rigorously tested to ensure it produces only the purest and most accurate frequencies.

What’s the difference between the Healflux V3 and V4 device?

The main difference is the v4 can generate 2 frequencies at the same time, which means that it can generate pure binaural beats, and the max frequency has increased to 500,000Hz! It also is much smaller compared to the v3 and has better accessories.

What’s the difference between Scalar waves and PEMF waves?

Scalar waves in quantum physics interact with an invisible “scalar field” and are said to influence organic materials. Most PEMF devices produce only low-frequency magnetic fields, while a scalar field can work at any frequency and cover a larger area.

How do I test the Scalar Waves?

Traditional readers like EMF readers cannot be used to test Scalar waves, because such waves cannot be measured in Gauss or Tesla. 

You can however test if your device is generating accurate frequencies using either an oscilloscope or a free frequency tester app. If the sound waves are accurate, the scalar waves will also be accurate.

What are Binaural Beats?

They are unique sound waves your brain perceives when listening to two frequencies at the same time. When one frequency is played in one ear and a different frequency is played in the other ear, your brain perceives a third, pulsing tone. This tone you hear is the difference between the 2 frequencies.

The eBook will be emailed to you after your v4 device has dispatched. The link to the eBook will be in your shipping confirmation email and it will also be sent as a separate email shortly after your device is dispatched.

Can I print the eBook?

Yes, when you click the link to the eBook it will open it in your browser where you can save it to your computer / phone, where you can print it.
