Orders:
Do I have to pay any taxes or duties?
All taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. However there are some rare occasions where small additional custom duties may be required.
Where is my order?
We try to delivery within 7 business days from the shipping date but depending on your country, orders can take up to 15 business days from the shipping date to be delivered due to potential delays at customs.
When your orders ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please also check your spam/junk folder for these emails.
When will my order ship?
We try to ship all order as soon as possible, however during busy periods some items may take a few days to ship, but you will always receive a shipping confirmation when your order does ship.
I only received part of my order?
This is normal as some items are shipped separately due to coming from different warehouses.
How can I return my order?

How do I use it?
This technology is quite controversial so legally the device cannot come with instructions yet, but all instructions can be found on the product page here.
My device is not turning on?
Please try plugging the device into a power bank or laptop.
My device is not staying on?
This only happens with power banks. Our devices don not have rechargeable batteries so they require continuous power when used. Most power banks have a mode for this and you may need to hold a button on your power bank for a few seconds to switch to this mode. Please check your power bank manual.
What is the 'Overrun' message mean?
This means that the frequency you have typed in is either invalid or is too high.
Why is there no sound?
The issue may be with your aux cable. Not all cables work with our device, that is why we sell our own. However many other aux cables will work. You may have to push the headphone jack all the way into the frequency device until it clicks or push it in halfway. If this does not work, test multiple aux cables, earphones / headphones.
Why can I only hear static?
Please be aware that the Schumann resonance (7.83hz) and other frequencies below 20hz cannot be heard by humans therefore it will produce some static instead of a tone. However you can still benefit from these lower frequencies as PEMF (no sound).
Why can I not control the volume?
You can control the volume using an external speaker or using earphones / headphones with volume control on them. You cannot control the volume on the device itself. We have already set the device to the optimal volume if you cannot control the volume on your earphones.
Do you have a list of frequencies?
We recommend to start with the Solfeggio Frequencies, which you can find online or you can find them here with some other useful frequencies. Unfortunately we cannot give advice on other frequencies for specific conditions, however there are books out there on the subject so we encourage you to do your own research.
Can I keep my device on all night?
We do not recommend to leave it on all night to protect the longevity of the device. You can leave it on for longer periods but limit the number of times you do this. For example, leaving it on all night only twice a week.
What’s the difference between your device and a Rife Machine?
Unlike rife machines, our device uses both PEMF technology and sound resonance of custom frequencies. Also our device is portable and much more affordable than Rife Machines.
