These are the only glasses that block 100% blue light and UV light.

Before LEDs and LCD screens were invented, the sunset signalled our brains to prepare for sleep and only warm lights from fires and candlelight were used, which didn't affect our sleep.

Artificial light from screens and house lights are proven to interfere with our sleep-wake cycle, also known as our circadian rhythm. 

Just wear these 1hr - 3hrs before bed (the longer the better) and you'll have the best restorative sleep of your life.

The design and padded interior stop any blue light from entering your eyes and make them very comfortable too.

Comes with a protective hard case and cleaning cloth.

Very dark, but I guess that’s the point. I think I’m sleeping better, but I’ll keep trying them for longer.

The deepest red lenses Ive ever had, the dark red are a little trippy but you get used to it. I wear them every day.
