Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, but during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take the full 7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, we aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but although rare, please allow up to 2 weeks as delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High demand periods
- Customs clearance and import processing
- Carrier delays outside of our control
International Orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections and import duties, which can add to the overall delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, please contact your local customs office or carrier before reaching out to us.
