This double-sided frequency disc features precisely tuned cymatic patterns - 258Hz on one side and 528Hz on the other - Both recognised frequencies associated with holistic wellbeing. Each pattern is etched in pure conductive copper. You can imprint any frequency you want onto this disc using the Healflux v4 device - Simply place the disc on top of the Healflux device for at least 20 mins and the imprint will last roughly 1 month. NOTE: The disc is 100% pure copper so it oxidises quickly. Rub the disc with copper cleaner, lemon juice or ketchup to restore the copper shine. You can also apply a small amount of olive oil after cleaning to slow down oxidation and / or seal it in an air tight bag.
